Legacy of Honda

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. It had been a long time since my last post. Sorry for that guys, so lets wrap it up.

Today I'm going to write about a car manufactured by Honda. "Honda City" which has been a legend on Indian roads and has been a member to every family wherever it has gone.

Honda City was first manufactured in 1981 and the 1st and 2nd Generation had an Hatchback design ! After a gap of yr, in 1996 it re-launched again in Sedan ver.

In the year of 2014 Honda launched the 6th ver. of "City". By mid of 2009 Honda sold 1.2 millions units of CITY in 45 countries. The 6th ver. of City was unveiled in Nov'13 and was launched on Feb'14.

Honda City takes an futuristic approach having more cuts and creases along with bold front grill & projector headlamp. On the interiors their is a combination of gloss and matte black surface. The AC vents and the Instrument cluster are made to appear as a seamless unit. In terms of features the top trim gets gets keyless entry & go, parking cameras, powered mirrors, steering mounted control, cruise control, Bluetooth Connectivity, sunroof, rear AC vents and Leather Upholstery. The City also have an LCD Display and have Two 12V socket for rear seats and it has also a boot space of 510litres.

The City is powered by the same 1.5-litre 4cyl i-DTEC Engine that powers the Amaze. It produces 100PS of power at 3600rpm and 200Nm of torque at 1750rpm. The City is mated to six-speed gearbox and reaches 100km/hr mark from zero in 12.8secs though the top speed is restricted upto 140km/hr. The City's i-DTEC engine is much more refined and doesn't seem as noisy as Amaze. The City is the most fuel 24.1kmpl on highway and 15.5kmpl in city. It has better suspension alongwith ABS, EBD and Airbag as std on all model.
efficient sedan out there with a fig of   24.1kmpl on highway and 15.5kmpl in city. It has better suspension alongwith ABS, EBD and Airbag as std on models.

Honda atlast restored the legacy of the 'City' and more importantly it is available in Diesel variant.

Champion of Champions

F1  vs GT3 vs Superbike, who's your money on ??

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. So which one of you does like the F1 most. Bcoz whichever you choose car or bike its gonna catch you up and move blazingly fast showing its back making you sad.

Formula One or F1 whichever we know it is the highest class of single seater racing under the authorization of Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). The F1 races are held throughout the world in specially built tracks and public roads . These cars have the highest turning speed at corners with the help of huge down force that are created with the help of Aerodynamics of the cars. These cars speeds up to 350km/hr with engines power limited up to 15,000 RPM. The rules are made by FIA, these cars does not possess traction control and other driving aids since 2008 on aerodynamics, suspension and tyres. The cars are fitted with naturally aspirated V8 engines on its back. The team can use 100kgs of fuel per hour according to the new rules of FIA, the cars are becoming much hybrid with the new technologies. The drivers can use the KERS system which have the power capacity of 120 kilowatts(160bhp) from 60 kilowatts(80 bhp) previously to balance the sports move from 2.4 litre V8 engines to 1.6 litre V6 engines.

So after the breathtaking knowledge we shift our focus to another sports i.e, the GT3 Championship. This championship also occurs every year. This championship is meant to provide competition for more amateur races in closer to production cars. Though the racers might be racing on production cars but it is highly balanced towards performance and handicap weights to make cars more equal. The cars used over are highly customised to increase their performance, they feel nothing like the street based production cars, they have the same engine but its more fine tuned and more balanced having different transmission, suspension, aerodynamics and tires. There are 11 teams taking part in this championship.

And at last after all these if your steady then there is the another racing championship which occurs  i.e, World Superbike Championship (WSBK). The racing championship has been going on since 1990's. The championship consists of a series of rounds that are held on permanent racing facilities. Each races comprises of two rounds to determine the World Champion one for the racer and one for Manufacturer. The bikes are tuned versions of bikes that are available for public. The championship is regulated by FIM. Currently the superbike motorcycles manufacturers are Arpilla, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki. To be eligible for World Supersport  a motorcycle must have a four stoke engine of 400 and 600 cc for four cylinder machines, and between 600 and 750 cc for twin cylinder engines and also must satisfy the FIM requirements.

Lengendary Keys

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. Today I'm going to speak about keys.

A car key or an automobile key is a key used to open or to start an automobile, or both. Modern key designs are usually symmetrical, and some use grooves on both sides, rather than a cut edge, to actuate the lock. It has multiple uses for the automobile with which it was sold. A car key can open the doors, as well as start the ignition, open the glove compartment and also open the boot of the car. Some cars come with an additional key known as a Valet Key that starts the ignition and opens the driver's side door, but prevents the velet from gaining access to valuables that are located in the trunk or the glove box. Some valet keys, particularly those to high-performance vehicles, go so far as to restrict the engine's power output to prevent joyriding. Recently, features such as coded immobilizers have been implemented in newer vehicles. More sophisticated systems make ignition dependent on electronic devices, rather than the mechanical keyswitch.
Ignition switches or locks are combined with security locking of the steering column (in many modern vehicles) or the gear lever (such as in Saab Automobile vehicles). In the latter, the switch is between the seats, preventing damage to the driver's knee in the event of a collision.
Keyless Entry System which use either a door-mounted keypad or a remote control in place of a car key, are becoming a standard feature on many new cars. Some of them are handsfree
Some high-tech automotive keys are billed as theft deterrents. Mercedes Benz uses a key that, rather than have a cut metal piece to start the car, uses an encoded infrared beam that communicates with the car's computer. If the codes match, the car can be started. These keys can be expensive to replace if lost and can cost up to US $400.
A switchblade key is basically the same as any other car key, except in appearance. The switchblade key is designed to fold away inside the fob when it is not being used. Switchblade keys have become very popular recently because of their smart compact look. These type of keys are also commonly referred as Flip Keys.
Because switchblade keys are only developed for new car models, they are usually equipped with a programmed transponder chip.

Yes it may sound boring to you but after reading my blog u would never tell that its a boring topic.

Lets start from the classics. And don't ever forget that Small keys opens the biggest locks, and here the locks are cars...

1. With this in your hand you can screw most of the 1980's Cars by GM.

2. Next is my favorite comp. Ferrari and their keys made during 80's.

3. This is for our little Beetle made by Volkswagen.

4. And these Holes in the "Wall" rumbles up the flagship model of Porsche.

5. Aston Martin has always thought about luxury in every aspect related to their cars, even their keys. so in this we just need to push it.

6. Two keys for 1 car ! I ain't kidding, their are cars in the universe which possess these qualities, and that is Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

7. Koenisegg's car key may seem you are holding a tortoise in your hand, xcpt for the thng that this tortoise is never ever slow.

8. Last but not least our to our Eco-Friendly Car BMW i8. This keys tells u d imp. details of the car at that moment.

One more remainder for you all friends as many of this are super cars, so as to save weight these are made like this.

Beautiful India

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. After a few days this my next blog. I had been travelling about a bit so i cant write on my blog. Today I'm at Ajmer, and its really a very beautiful place  surrounded by mountains all around. Its a very famous place all over the world and many tourists come here..

The scenic view of 'Puskar' a place behind the mountains is a lovely place.. I hadn't seen any top class vehicles or techies but i'm amazed by the transport system over here. The number of  buses might be less but they offer good service and stop anywhere as in kolkata! The important thing i.e, road are are gr8 contd. for an vehicle to drive.

Really vehicles are the lifeline of the peoples in mountains and other tourist spot where railways don't reach. And I just Hats Off to the drivers who drive through the dangerous roads. In Puskar tourist can rent bikes or scooty for their transportation. The market place is also nice but their main job is to con the foreigners. The shopkeepers ask for 1000 $ for simple products but even the dont leave the indian tourist. Similarly I asked the price for an wind chime made from colourful beads and shopkeeper told it was 500bucks!

Ajmer is a also a great place, we went to  the Dargah of Mainudin Chisti. Its was sacred place, and had a beautiful mosque inside it where laid the tomb of Mainudin Chisti. After "Mecca & Medina" the Dargah of Ajmer is world famous. Bt the annoying part is the beggers which come along all the way to take money from you, not one or two but hundreds of beggars following you so that you give them money. If you give them 2 or 5rs they would tell "5 rupaiya mei kya hoga bhaiya, roti bhi nahi milega aur bhi do.. blah blah blah.".

Lastly the place which I loved the most is the Gurudwara at Puskar. After Golden Temple this is the best Gurudwara I had seen. Its beauty, quiet and clean would attract anyone to come and see it.

Thank you for reading my blog..
