Cross it over by SX4 S-Cross

Front of SX4 S-Cross
Front part of SX4 S-Cross
Hello guys welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in/. First of all i want to say thanks for spending your time in reading my blog. Today I'm going to write about a special car which has been anticipated after its unveiling at 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March. The S-Cross will be launched in India in the last week of January 2015. The S-Cross is going to notch up the level of hot and lucrative crossover market followed by equally awaited Maruti XA Alpha mini-SUV.

So the final deal is what is a crossover? We have all known and seen Hatchback(Maruti Alto, Hyundai i10 or i20, Ford Figo etc) and SUV(Tata Sumo, Hyundai Santa Fe, Toyota Fortuner etc), so the crossover we can say a mixture of both Hatchback and SUV. So simply its a vehicle which is built on car platform combining the highly variable degree of features of SUV along with that of passenger vehicles that of hatchback. It may offer FWD, RWD or AWD configurations along with the capability of light off-road. The SX4 S-Cross is going to take over Renault Duster, Ford Ecosport and Fiat Avventura.

The SX4 S-Cross being a crossover does have familiar looks due to the presence of SX4 on India grounds since 2006. The car on the front has a three piece black grill with prominent Suzuki logo in its middle. The headlights have projector headlamps along with LED daytime running light(DRL). The S-Cross has sporty front guard below the license plate which runs below till the rear that helps accentuating higher ground clearance.

The side profile of the car has changed a bit with the roofline being altered. The rear has a newly designed tailamps but it could have made much more sportier like the Honda Mobilio RS. The silver claddings can be seen on the rear and runs along the length. The Indian version is also expected to get black roof rails.

The interiors looks familiar to the ones found on the smaller hatch Swift. If someone is blinfolded and made to seat in this car it would be hard to tell the difference on which Suzuki vehicle is he/she sitting. The only major difference would be if the Indian variant possess the four wheel drive configuration there would be drive selector and if lucky Diff-Lock. The rear seat can generously sit three people comfortably. The car has a generous 430litre boot space which can be increased by 60:40 split of rear seats.

The Indian version of crossover is expected to be powere dby different set of engines. While the European markets has 1.6litre petrol and diesel variant, but the Indian bound S-Cross is going to get 1.3litre fiat multijet diesel(92hp) and 1.4litre petrol(94hp) units.

Got any question in your mind post it below in the comment section. Thank you.

e-Clutch as an alternative to AMT

The Automated Manual Transmission is a familiar concept which was first introduced by Maruti Suzuki along with the hands of Magneti Marelli. It eliminates the need for clutch providing an affordable automatic driving experiences. Bosch has developed a system called the e-clutch that functions in a manner similar to AMT but does not eliminate the clutch pedal from the car. This allows users to shift manually but at the same time allows an automated response from the transmission when required, say while driving in urban traffic conditions.

electronic clutch
The source of the AMT has encouraged Bosch to engage in talks with several Indian Automotive manufacturers to adopt the system since its benefits outweigh those offered by AMT. Mr. Steffan Berns, MD of Bosch limited and President of  Bosch Group India, told that several manufacturers were interested and that they are conducting their due diligence on the system. Bosch is working closely with all three big Indian Automotive manufacturers Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors in additon to players in the commercial vehicle segment.

The first biggest benefit of the system is the higher fuel efficiency derived as compared to the AMT. The e-clutch has a start-stop coasting function that reduces fuel consumption by nearly 10 percent. The Bosch e-clutch system has an intelligent system when it detects that the driver is reducing the pressure on the accelerator pedal it decouples the engine from the transmission system to reduce the fuel intake.

The e-clutch system also offers other benefits such as smoother and quicker gear shifts. Bosch's e-clutch system is going to score big in the larger hatchback and mid-range C-segment  sedans where customers would appreciate the better refinement, smoothness and efficiency without burning  hole in the pocket. The Bosch e-clutch system definitely has the potential to bring that sort of interest levels for clutchless driving in higher segments given its fuel saving credo.

The biggest question would be how affordable will it be. Although Bosch claims the system would be cheaper than any conventional automatic transmission available today.

Business matters

Hello friends welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in/. Luxury, it means a state of great comfort or elegance, especially involving greater expense. The other name of luxury in automobiles is Audi A8L. The 2014 Audi A8L is back again with new looks and refinement. This is a car that has been crafted to suit those who believe in finesse.

Audi has a lot of accolades to its name from pioneering the Quattro wheel drive technology to dominating endurance races around the globe. The first Audi A8L first debuted at Geneva Motor Show, March 1994. Till now there had been three generation of Audi A8. The 2014 Audi A8L is a comeback of its previous model to tackle Mercedes Benz S Class that launched on the last quarter of 2013.
Audi has stepped up with its new variation of in house developed LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting in its car. The striking new feature is the Matrix LED headlamp. Audi’s new Matrix LEDs has set up a new path in lighting up the road up ahead. It’s a complicated setting of 25 LEDS per headlamp connected to sensors and onboard cameras to scan the surroundings and accordingly control the luminance of LED and dims the individual LED in millisecs if it senses a car ensuring they don’t get blind folded by the bright light, yet continues to light up the road. If the car’s infrared night vision camera detects a pedestrian or animal in your driving line then it automatically flash beams in the direction. This not only warns the oncoming car, but also alerts the driver of their location. It also works with GPS to understand the road directions and illuminating the corners and turns. In fact the Matrix LED headlamps are now available in India but sadly it comes as an optional package. The taillights are also LED wrapped inspired from R8 along with new boot lid, trapezoidal exhaust and reshaped bumper to match the front ones and fair bit of chrome lining.

The interiors get the new ‘Unicum’ leather that has a more natural, skin-like texture unlike the grainy leather used in conventional upholstery. The rear seats offered on Indian spec A8L come with the ‘Executive Package’, which give you recliners like the business class seats seen in passenger aircraft. The rear seat also gets footrest, a massaging function, individual LCD screens, writing table with a personal fridge and 4-way automatic climate control. The optional gizmos like the panoramic sunroof, automatic parking, rear seat entertainment, dynamic steering, 360-degree camera, Night vision, park Assist and heads up display are present at an extra cost over the ₹ 1 crore price tag.
The Audi A8L has 3 engine option in India one 4.0 TFSI quattro petrol engine and two 3.0 TDI quattro and 4.2 TDI Quattro diesel engines. The 4.0 litre V8 engine uses Audi’s FSI technology in combination with turbocharging to produce a power output of 309kW and a peak torque of 600 Nm, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 4.6 seconds. The 3.0 litre turbo-diesel engine produces a power of 258PS between 4000-4250rpm and produces 580Nm torque at 1750-2500rpm which helps it to sprint from 0-100kmph in claimed 6.2secs. The 4.2 litre TDI engine produces 385bhp power and a peak torque of about 850Nm which whisk you from 0-100km/h in claimed 4.6secs. The top speed is limited up to 250km/h. Driving through the urban conditions is effortless and the eight speed-speed dual clutch transmission makes it quick, barely noticeable shifts.
The A8L comes with air suspension which lets the driver to alter the stiffness levels through comfort and dynamic mode or it can leave the computer to adjust it automatically. The suspension setup works amazingly well on our road and ride quality is comfortable throughout. But the long 5.2m long body has relatively low ground clearance, so deeper potholes and speed humps needed to be dealt carefully.
The Quattro system not only aids the high speed stability, but also makes sure that the 1965 kg car doesn’t understeer at corners and still it can shoot out of corners with complete composure and a wide grin on the face. While doing so, the cabin remains as silent as you would expect from a luxury car in this segment. It has a mileage of 6.7 kmpl in city and 10.4 kmpl in highway. The car is competitively priced at ₹1.16 (ex-showroom Kolkata) slightly above Mercedes Benz S350 CDI price. Thanks to better features that demand its higher price, can find itself in right spot.

Decoding Automated Manual Transmission

AMT Gearbox
Hello friends welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in/. Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) (also known as clutchless manual transmission or semi-automatic manual transmission) in an automobile transmission that does changes gear automatically rather facilitates manual gear changes by dispensing the need to press a clutch pedal at the same time as changing gears. It uses electronic sensors, actuators, pneumatics and processors to change gears on the command of driver or by a computer. AMT is not a new system it had early employed in European automobiles before applying it in Indian market.

Maruti Suzuki Celerio is the first car in India to be equipped with AMT technology. This technology is perfect for Indian buyer as it provides a hassle free city commutes without burning a hole in our pocket.  This car was employed in Europe but was successful as the drive was not jerk free or seamless like automatic gearboxes. Moreover the gear shifts per kilometre are fewer than countries like India and they are not obsessed with “Kitna deti hai”. So either they made out with manual gearbox or paid extra a bit for automatic gearbox.

AMT is perfect for technology for India. It gives the driver of peace of mind for clutch less shifts while moving around in metropolitan cities which they die for, it’s also fuel efficient like manual gearbox and it’s a cheap technology that doesn’t increases the price of car too much. Maruti was able to launch Celerio at a price of ₹ 4.3 Lakhs ex-showroom.

The Celerio was first launched in Delhi Auto Expo 2014 by Maruti. The show stopper then was not the car it was the technology that was used in the car to drive it. Maruti Suzuki went on with Magneti Marelli 4th generation AMT technology because the brains behind the Celerio tells that Magneti Marelli system is an excellent balance between efficiency and cost, that is specially made for Indian market.

In a conventional manual gearbox a set of cables or link usually operates the gearbox in two step processes i.e. selection and engagement of gears. So in Automatic Manual gearbox or AMT essentially replaces the mechanical linkages by electromechanical individual devices that work off the engine management and transmission management control units. The electronically controlled clutch actuator uses an electric motor to operate the clutch instead of a conventional pedal and cable operated setup. The pioneers of the AMT gearbox claims that this setup not only stimulates clutch-less driving but also increases the longevity of clutch components  and increases fuel economy.

In an AMT, the electromechanical or hydraulically operated actuators take over the clutch and the shift action. This is predominantly due to the fact that the driver can still choose to manually engage a particular gear either by shifter lever or by paddle shifters mounted on steering wheel. AMTs also help to reduce the torque intervention during changing gears manually. An array of sensors is present to monitor the driving conditions and gives it to Transmission Control Module or TCU which processes the information and reacts accordingly to the driver based input.

The other Indian brands Tata (with Zest) and Mahindra (with Quanto) have expressed their willingness to adopt AMT as their transmission. But according to reports it says that unlike Celerio’s Magneti Marelli AMT, Tata & Mahindra uses AMT developed by ZF. The AMT system is developed to enhance the driving pleasure without the use of the stick and provide hassle free journey in the busy roads of India without hampering the fuel economy. AMT has a great future in India unlike Europe due its benefits.

Got a burning question in mind post it in the comment section right below. Thank you.

Wheels of Future Past

Hello friends welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in/. In this new era we have seen many innovative cars evolved around us and along with the regular taste. The big V8, mighty V12, fuel efficient cars, hybrid cars and electric cars or EV’s. As the days are passing by we are leaving our carbon footprint in nature by our vehicles, industries etc. So as to reduce this carbon footprint by vehicles we have shifted partly towards hybrid and electric vehicles.
Tesla Model S
Today I’m going to tell about a car which runs on batteries but competes with the big V8 in terms of performance, ride quality and cost of running. Tesla Motors Inc. founded by Elon Musk, Martin Eberhard, Marc Tempenning, JB Straubel, Ian Wright in the year 2003 sells electric cars and electric vehicle powertrain components.
The Palo Alto Company gain widespread attention by producing their Tesla Roadstar, the first fully electric sports car. The company’s second vehicle is the Tesla Model S the electric luxury sedan. The Tesla Model S dispels conventional thinking about EV’s with spacious & luxurious interiors, driving dynamics, ride comfort along with 200 miles of range. The Tesla Model S is a full sized five door electric sedan. It was released on the 2nd quarter of 2013 in Europe. There are presently two models available one is equipped with 85kWh Li-on Battery which can travel 426km (265 miles) and the other is packed with 60 kWh Battery with a range of 335km (208 miles). The Tesla is expected to release a base model with 40 kWh Battery with range of 260 km (160 miles).
The Model S Signature model with an 85 kWh pack rated by EPA has a top speed of 125 mph (201 km/h) and accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour (0 to 97 km/h) in5.4 seconds. The Model S Signature Performance model has a top speed of 130 mph (210 km/h) and accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds, while the base 60 kWh battery model has a top speed of 120 mph (190 km/h) and accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. The Model S is offered with two battery packs a base model with 60 kWh Battery with range 335 km and 85 kWh Battery with range 426 km. The 85 kWh Battery packs 7,104 Lithium Ion battery cells in 16 modules wired in series and the 65 kWh Battery packs around 5432 Lithium Ion battery cells. Tesla motors guarantee the Model S BATTERY FOR 201,000 km or Eight years. The 80 kWh battery pack gets guarantee of Eight years and unlimited miles. The Model S takes pride in having flat floor as it packs the battery modules in floor of the vehicle with lower centre of gravity.
The Tesla Model S can get fully in 30 hrs. From a household 120 V/15 A outlet the car recharged by 8 km in every hour. Through 10 kWh 240 V/30 A outlet the Model S gets charged up 50km in every hour. Using Tesla 20 kWh, 240 V High Power Wall Connector and the range can be restored by 100 km for every hour if the car is configured with twin charger (20 kWh). The Tesla Supercharger can add up to 320 km in 30 min. Supercharging is available in the 85 kWh variant. But as an extra option of $2500 the 60 kWh that can be enable supercharging any time only it just requires minor software change.
The Tesla Model S has 17in LCD display in the centre console of the car which displays all the information and controls of the car from air-conditioning, audio and functions such as regeneration braking, air suspension height even the charge-port hatch, sunroof and demisters. Only glitch is that everyone must have a reliable 3G to power the Satnav. The 60 kWh variant crosses 0-97km/h in 5.9 sec with a top speed of 193km/h. The 85 kWh variant crosses 0-97km/h in 5.4 sec with a top speed 200km/h and lastly the Model S Signature Edition (85 kWh) marks 0-97km/h in 4.2 sec with a top speed of 210km/h.
Prices start at $49,900 for 60 kWh and $69,080 for 85 kWh variant. It has got many awards from different companies ‘The most stylish car’, ’Car of the year in Norway’, ‘Car of the Future’, ‘Motor Trend’s Car of the year’ etc. It’s a brilliant car in many ways but lack many features and naïve, arrogant in some ways and I think it fix them as time passes. Unfortunately it isn't available in India.

Got any queries then post it below on the comment box.

Hello friends welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in/. In this quarter of year we have seen fantastic flagship Android smartphones being released. Whenever we hear about flagship device of a company us thing about high end specs, also meant high price point. One Chinese company that is looking to completely shake up the status quo the OnePlus, bringing their 2014 Flagship Killer here.

The OnePlus One stands out with their “NEVER SETTLE” tag, but the biggest question remains will it be able to stand true to it or not? The One boosts a 5.5inch 1080p full HD JDI screen with LTPS technology for a higher pixel density and sharper pixel density and sharper picture. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the screen against scratches, and with 178 degree vision.

The performance is blazing fast in the device as it features the most powerful processing package currently available. Under the hood it has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.5 Ghz and backed by Adreno 330 GPU. It also has a 3 GB of RAM which is a bit of rarity in other certain flagship devices. The device runs on Cyanogenmod 11S which is the latest OS by Cyanogen. The software behind CM 11S knows how to the take full advantages of its processing capabilities. The CM 11S has a lot of customisation underneath and thus making it feel like stock android. It can be customised with widgets or shortcuts and icon through the settings or with their own theme engine. There are many more other features like double tap wake up, on screen gestures or draw gestures for a various tasks.

On the hardware side the One has 16 GB and 64 GB variants at different price points, but it does not offers expandable storage like other flagship devices which shouldn’t be surprising considering the low price point. The device features Touch and Go, 3 MIC for noise cancellation, Bluetooth 4.0, Miracast, USB OTG, gyroscope, onscreen or capacitive buttons and all the other basic features. And atlast it packs a 3100 mAh non-removable battery.

The colour looks saturated and is not washed out and is beautifully balanced in all proportions. It has a front facing 80º wide angle camera of 5 MP, making it a great shooter for selfies. 4K video capture is available in it but surely you would run out of space in 16 GB model. Slow motion video is also available at 720p for 60 or 120fps capture that yield half or quarter speed videos. Finally while capturing photos you have do all the fun with all the live filters that are available.

Finally we get on to the price the 16 GB Silk White comes with a price tag of $299 while the 64 GB Sandstone Black for $349 only. At this price range there is Moto X available for $299 but is not powerful as well. Next we have 16 GB Nexus 5 at $349 the closest competition of OnePlus One. The main rival would be the Chinese brand Oppo Find 7a at $499.

The OnePlus One is a fully loaded device which packs an impressive specs sheet affordable price.

Got any queries ask it in the comment section below. Thank You.

Audi RS7

Hello friends welcome to my blog http://techsonwheel.blogspot.in. What do you think when you are told to think about a sports car. Many of us including me would think about big nose, aerodynamically shaped much like jets, two seater, small boot, two doors and are surprisingly faster than any legal road car.

The Audi RS7, it hits 100kmph in just 3.93secs. The Audi RS7 is a sportier version of the A7 sedan. Introduced at the 2013 Detroit Show it gets the German automaker’s understated looks, but has sporty overtones in the form of aggressive bumpers and the RS badging. There are many cars which are quicker than RS7, but they doesn't possess 4 doors or big boot or neither they can sit two people in the back seat. But this can do and that too very nicely.

It comes with camera in rear while reversing and an optional front camera too to.The RS7 feature big 20 inch  alloy wheels as standard and an optional 21 inch, for Indian road contd. it would be better to go with 20 inch if you are planning to buy it. The RS7 has an annoying but intelligent feature loaded in itself i.e., when you shutdown the car, it deploys a loud whirring noise under the hood. This whirring noise is made by the fan which cools down the engine rapidly and runs for 5 mins after you have stepped out the car.

The RS7 has 4.0 litre turbocharged V8 engine in it with power of 552 bhp an peak torque of 700Nm. The mill has been mated with eight speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and power is sent to all the wheels via Quattro four wheel drive system. With these turbos you do get efficiency as well as low end torque. A highlight of the new car apart from the start-stop mechanism is the cylinder deactivation feature by which it can shut off four out of its eight cylinder and becoming 20% more efficient under low engine load.

Audi has also modified the suspension for more sportier driving and adapted air suspension as well as sports suspension along with dynamic ride control. But the ride is still stiff for the Indian road contd. as a results things gets tossed inside over road joints and bumpers while driving at high speeds. The optional 21 inch wheels makes the contd. only worse. The important thing the style and personality that are put on it are in perfect amounts.

The Audi RS7 got all the tenants of a four door sports sedan along with the practicality of a Sedan. The rivals of the Audi are Porsche Panamera, Maserati Quatroportte, Merc E63, Aston Martin Rapide. But it stands out clearly from all its rivals specially due to comfort sitting at second row seating. The Audi RS7 has got a price tag of Rs 1.7 crore on-road Mumbai.

Legacy of Honda

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. It had been a long time since my last post. Sorry for that guys, so lets wrap it up.

Today I'm going to write about a car manufactured by Honda. "Honda City" which has been a legend on Indian roads and has been a member to every family wherever it has gone.

Honda City was first manufactured in 1981 and the 1st and 2nd Generation had an Hatchback design ! After a gap of yr, in 1996 it re-launched again in Sedan ver.

In the year of 2014 Honda launched the 6th ver. of "City". By mid of 2009 Honda sold 1.2 millions units of CITY in 45 countries. The 6th ver. of City was unveiled in Nov'13 and was launched on Feb'14.

Honda City takes an futuristic approach having more cuts and creases along with bold front grill & projector headlamp. On the interiors their is a combination of gloss and matte black surface. The AC vents and the Instrument cluster are made to appear as a seamless unit. In terms of features the top trim gets gets keyless entry & go, parking cameras, powered mirrors, steering mounted control, cruise control, Bluetooth Connectivity, sunroof, rear AC vents and Leather Upholstery. The City also have an LCD Display and have Two 12V socket for rear seats and it has also a boot space of 510litres.

The City is powered by the same 1.5-litre 4cyl i-DTEC Engine that powers the Amaze. It produces 100PS of power at 3600rpm and 200Nm of torque at 1750rpm. The City is mated to six-speed gearbox and reaches 100km/hr mark from zero in 12.8secs though the top speed is restricted upto 140km/hr. Champion of Champions

F1  vs GT3 vs Superbike, who's your money on ??

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. So which one of you does like the F1 most. Bcoz whichever you choose car or bike its gonna catch you up and move blazingly fast showing its back making you sad.

Formula One or F1 whichever we know it is the highest class of single seater racing under the authorization of Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). The F1 races are held throughout the world in specially built tracks and public roads . These cars have the highest turning speed at corners with the help of huge down force that are created with the help of Aerodynamics of the cars. These cars speeds up to 350km/hr with engines power limited up to 15,000 RPM. The rules are made by FIA, these cars does not possess traction control and other driving aids since 2008 on aerodynamics, suspension and tyres. The cars are fitted with naturally aspirated V8 engines on its back. The team can use 100kgs of fuel per hour according to the new rules of FIA, the cars are becoming much hybrid with the new technologies. The drivers can use the KERS system which have the power capacity of 120 kilowatts(160bhp) from 60 kilowatts(80 bhp) previously to balance the sports move from 2.4 litre V8 engines to 1.6 litre V6 engines.

So after the breathtaking knowledge we shift our focus to another sports i.e, the GT3 Championship. This championship also occurs every year. This championship is meant to provide competition for more amateur races in closer to production cars. Though the racers might be racing on production cars but it is highly balanced towards performance and handicap weights to make cars more equal. The cars used over are highly customised to increase their performance, they feel nothing like the street based production cars, they have the same engine but its more fine tuned and more balanced having different transmission, suspension, aerodynamics and tires. There are 11 teams taking part in this championship.

And at last after all these if your steady then there is the another racing championship which occurs  i.e, World Superbike Championship (WSBK). The racing championship has been going on since 1990's. The championship consists of a series of rounds that are held on permanent racing facilities. Each races comprises of two rounds to determine the World Champion one for the racer and one for Manufacturer. The bikes are tuned versions of bikes that are available for public. The championship is regulated by FIM. Currently the superbike motorcycles manufacturers are Arpilla, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki. To be eligible for World Supersport  a motorcycle must have a four stoke engine of 400 and 600 cc for four cylinder machines, and between 600 and 750 cc for twin cylinder engines and also must satisfy the FIM requirements.

Lengendary Keys

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. Today I'm going to speak about keys.

A car key or an automobile key is a key used to open or to start an automobile, or both. Modern key designs are usually symmetrical, and some use grooves on both sides, rather than a cut edge, to actuate the lock. It has multiple uses for the automobile with which it was sold. A car key can open the doors, as well as start the ignition, open the glove compartment and also open the boot of the car. Some cars come with an additional key known as a Valet Key that starts the ignition and opens the driver's side door, but prevents the velet from gaining access to valuables that are located in the trunk or the glove box. Some valet keys, particularly those to high-performance vehicles, go so far as to restrict the engine's power output to prevent joyriding. Recently, features such as coded immobilizers have been implemented in newer vehicles. More sophisticated systems make ignition dependent on electronic devices, rather than the mechanical keyswitch.
Ignition switches or locks are combined with security locking of the steering column (in many modern vehicles) or the gear lever (such as in Saab Automobile vehicles). In the latter, the switch is between the seats, preventing damage to the driver's knee in the event of a collision.
Keyless Entry System which use either a door-mounted keypad or a remote control in place of a car key, are becoming a standard feature on many new cars. Some of them are handsfree
Some high-tech automotive keys are billed as theft deterrents. Mercedes Benz uses a key that, rather than have a cut metal piece to start the car, uses an encoded infrared beam that communicates with the car's computer. If the codes match, the car can be started. These keys can be expensive to replace if lost and can cost up to US $400.
A switchblade key is basically the same as any other car key, except in appearance. The switchblade key is designed to fold away inside the fob when it is not being used. Switchblade keys have become very popular recently because of their smart compact look. These type of keys are also commonly referred as Flip Keys.
Because switchblade keys are only developed for new car models, they are usually equipped with a programmed transponder chip.

Yes it may sound boring to you but after reading my blog u would never tell that its a boring topic.

Lets start from the classics. And don't ever forget that Small keys opens the biggest locks, and here the locks are cars...

1. With this in your hand you can screw most of the 1980's Cars by GM.

2. Next is my favorite comp. Ferrari and their keys made during 80's.

3. This is for our little Beetle made by Volkswagen.

4. And these Holes in the "Wall" rumbles up the flagship model of Porsche.

5. Aston Martin has always thought about luxury in every aspect related to their cars, even their keys. so in this we just need to push it.

6. Two keys for 1 car ! I ain't kidding, their are cars in the universe which possess these qualities, and that is Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

7. Koenisegg's car key may seem you are holding a tortoise in your hand, xcpt for the thng that this tortoise is never ever slow.

8. Last but not least our to our Eco-Friendly Car BMW i8. This keys tells u d imp. details of the car at that moment.

One more remainder for you all friends as many of this are super cars, so as to save weight these are made like this.

Beautiful India

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. After a few days this my next blog. I had been travelling about a bit so i cant write on my blog. Today I'm at Ajmer, and its really a very beautiful place  surrounded by mountains all around. Its a very famous place all over the world and many tourists come here..

The scenic view of 'Puskar' a place behind the mountains is a lovely place.. I hadn't seen any top class vehicles or techies but i'm amazed by the transport system over here. The number of  buses might be less but they offer good service and stop anywhere as in kolkata! The important thing i.e, road are are gr8 contd. for an vehicle to drive.

Really vehicles are the lifeline of the peoples in mountains and other tourist spot where railways don't reach. And I just Hats Off to the drivers who drive through the dangerous roads. In Puskar tourist can rent bikes or scooty for their transportation. The market place is also nice but their main job is to con the foreigners. The shopkeepers ask for 1000 $ for simple products but even the dont leave the indian tourist. Similarly I asked the price for an wind chime made from colourful beads and shopkeeper told it was 500bucks!

Ajmer is a also a great place, we went to  the Dargah of Mainudin Chisti. Its was sacred place, and had a beautiful mosque inside it where laid the tomb of Mainudin Chisti. After "Mecca & Medina" the Dargah of Ajmer is world famous. Bt the annoying part is the beggers which come along all the way to take money from you, not one or two but hundreds of beggars following you so that you give them money. If you give them 2 or 5rs they would tell "5 rupaiya mei kya hoga bhaiya, roti bhi nahi milega aur bhi do.. blah blah blah.".

Lastly the place which I loved the most is the Gurudwara at Puskar. After Golden Temple this is the best Gurudwara I had seen. Its beauty, quiet and clean would attract anyone to come and see it.

Countries with world's FASTEST Internet Connection

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. With every new day things are getting much more faster. Everybody wants to be the fastest in everything. So as the internet connection in our home, everyone likes to have a fast internet but which country possess it, lets see.

In the early to mid-1980s, most Internet access was from personal computers and workstations directly connected to local area networks or from dial-up connections using modems and analog telephone lines. LANs typically operated at 10 Mbit/s and grew to support 100 and 1000 Mbit/s, while modem data-rates grew from 1200 and 2400 bit/s in the 1980s, to 28 and 56 kbit/s by the mid to late 1990s. Initially dial-up connections were made from terminals or computers running terminal emulation software to terminal servers on LANs. These dial-up connections did not support end-to-end use of the Internet protocols and only provided terminal to host connections. The introduction of network access servers (NASs) supporting the Serial Line Internet Protocol (SLIP) and later the point-to-point protocol (PPP) extended the Internet protocols and made the full range of Internet services available to dial-up users, subject only to limitations imposed by the lower data rates available using dial-up.

Broadband Internet access, often shortened to just broadband and also known as high-speed Internet access, are services that provide bit-rates considerably higher than that available using a 56 kbit/s modemBroadband connections are typically made using a computer's built in Ethernet networking capabilities, or by using a NIC expansion cardMost broadband services provide a continuous "always on" connection; there is no dial-in process required, and it does not “hog” phone lines.

The place in the world where we can find fastest internet connection are:

                Country                        Avg Internet Connection Speed

1.     South Korea                                22.1Mbps
2.     Japan                                          13.3Mbps
3.     Hong Kong                                  12.5Mbps
4.     Netherlands                                12.5Mbps
5.     Switzerland                                11.6Mbps
6.     Czech Republic                          11.3Mbps
7.     Latvia                                         11.1Mbps
8.     United States                              9.8Mbps
9.     Belgium                                       9.7Mbps
10.   Ireland                                        9.6Mbps
     .
     .
     .
     .
     .
123. India                                           1.4Mbps.

A good Broadband appears to be a distant dream for Indians.

iPhone Evolution.

Hello guys welcome to my blog techsonwheel. Everybody of us know about "iPhones" solely designed and manufactured by Apple Inc. The greatest tech company till now, which sets benchmark every year with their iPhones which other companies tries to catch them.

Before the emerging of iPhone companies like Nokia & Motorola were enjoying the time and their were less technological advancement. After Steve Jobs became the CEO of Apple Inc. in 2007 he told us that "the phone was not just a communication tool but a way of life". Having Steve Jobs as their Apple gained new heights, and made new technological innovation making benchmark with their deices.

The 1st gen iPhone was produced on June 29, 2007, it was also called as 2G. The device runs on 32-bit Samsung powered chipset, supported by 128 MB of RAM. The GPU was runned by PowerVR MBX Lite 3D, the flash storage was 4GB & 8GB. It had 163ppi.

The 2nd gen iPhone i.e, 3G was unveiled on 28th July, 2008. It had all the similar configuration like in 2G.

The 3rd gen iPhone i.e, 3GS was released on 19th July, 2009. It had 600Mhz ARM Cortex A8 as CPU powered by 256mb of RAM and GPU of PowerVR SGX535. It had 262ppi in a 3.5inch screen.

The 4th gen iPhone i.e, 4 was released on 24th June, 2010. It had their first 800 Mhz chipset A4 in it along with the iPad powered by 512 MB of RAM. It had their first Retina Display in it for viewing which had a pixel count of 326ppi fitted in that 3.5inch screen.

The 5th gen iPhone i.e, 4S was released on 14th October, 2011. It had their A5 chipset and had similar CPU as in iPhone 4. The GPU was of 2 cores which made the device perform better than pre gen. Otherwise every detailing is similar like iPhone 4. This device is currently present in the market, and had been a greatly successful.

The 6th gen iPhone i.e, 5 was released on 21st September, 2012. It had their 1.3 Ghz dual core A6 chipset powered by 1 GB of RAM. The GPU was of 3 cores. The display had that same Retina Display technology in it for viewing, notably the screen increased from 3.5 to 4 inches.

The 7th gen iPhone i.e, 5C & 5S was released on 20th September 2013. The device had their ever powerful 1.3 Ghz dual core chipset A7 with 64-bit Desktop architecture in it along with 1 GB of RAM. It also has M7 co-processor to workout small tasks. The GPU had 4 cores which make this device work seamlessly. Though all these hardware is only available in 5S. The 5C model had the same tech specs of 5 !  In addition to it the 5S had fingerprint scanner in their Home button.

Over a period of 6 years Apple sold 250 million iPhone devices. All the devices of Apple runs on iOS made by Apple themselves. iOS 7 being the latest. Although along with time Apple devices are much costlier than any other high end devices in market.

So friends now pick your fav iDevice that cheered you the most.

Grab your pick.
